Tonight I did: -- swinging arms in front of body, around body - cat/dog pose 20 times - warrior pose - short foot, pulling towel, foot stretch on stairs, toe spreading, one repetition of raising up feet from toes and balls of feet - total of 20 to 30 minutes walking, but not all at once (things to consider next time: crab pose -either one; right hand side pull leg to chest; table psoas stretch; diaphragmatic breathing) Commentary: important to listen to self and not extend beyond a conservative series of moves. Upon finishing my exercise exercises and this entry, I tried to think of a proper image, and somehow the blue rider group name occurred to me. A glimpsed the Kandinsky symbolist painting from 1903 called the Blue Rider. And I looked through other work by the group that would take on the name of that painting.
